Data controller
TECNICLEGNO di Dell'Olio Pietro & Domenico s.n.c. — Via Berlino, 14 — 76011 Bisceglie (BT), Italy — VAT no. IT08011940726

What data we collect
- Contact form data: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
- Technical browsing data: the server hosting the website records IP address, date and time and the requested page, as happens with any website. The IP address is also included in the message we receive from the form, to prevent abuse.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and provide information or a quote: the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and prevent automated or abusive submissions: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Name, email and message are necessary for us to reply; without them we cannot handle your request. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold or passed on to third parties.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows. If no assignment follows, they are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. If a business relationship begins, the data follows the retention periods required by tax and civil law. Technical server data is kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its service.
Who may process the data
- The owners and the authorized staff of the company who handle requests.
- Netsons S.r.l., which provides website hosting and the domain email service, acting as data processor.
- Google Ireland Ltd., which provides the email service (Gmail) used to read and answer messages, acting as data processor. Google may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
At any time you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@tecniclegno.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The typefaces are hosted on our own server.
On your first visit a notice asks whether you accept or reject third-party content. Your choice is stored only in your browser (local storage, a strictly necessary technical tool) for 6 months, and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
- If you reject: the whole website works normally; the map on the Contact page is not loaded and no cookies are set.
- If you accept: the Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.) is loaded on the Contact page and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's cookie policy.
The links to Facebook and Instagram lead to external websites, which apply their own privacy and cookie policies only when you open them.
